contrary herein, including without limitation, the language in this Agreement, the actual <br />language contained in federal statutes, federal regulations, federally promulgated materials <br />and state statutes, shall control in determining any obligations under federal law in the <br />event of a conflict with any teims, language or provisions contained in this Agreement. <br />Meridian Rapid Defense Group, LLC shall not perform any act, fail to perform any act, or <br />refuse to comply with any requests, which would cause City to be in violation of the federal <br />terms and conditions. <br />b. Thereafter, <br />any communication shall be addressed and transmitted to the new address. If sent by mail, <br />communication shall be effective or deemed to have been given tbree (3) days after it has been <br />deposited in the United States mail, duly registered or certified, with postage prepaid, and <br />addressed as set forth above. If sent by fax, communication shall be effective or deemed to have
