Docusign Envelope ID: 9BDBD300-F972-4CC8-8D30-40FE04AAD195 <br />copies of all required insurance policies, including endorsements required by these specifications, at <br />any time. <br />Subcontractors <br />Company shall require and verify that all subcontractors maintain insurance meeting all the <br />requirements stated herein. <br />Special Risks or Circumstances <br />Customer reserves the right to modify these requirements, including limits, based on the nature of <br />the risk, prior experience, insurer, coverage, or other special circumstances. <br />Failure to Maintain Insurance Coverage <br />If Company, for any reason, fails to maintain insurance coverage, which is required pursuant to this <br />Agreement, for the entire term of this contract, the same shall be deemed a material breach of <br />Agreement. Customer, at its sole option, may terminate this Agreement at any time and obtain <br />damages from Company resulting from said breach. <br />4 <br />Proprietary and Confidential <br />
