All actions noted below are by this reference made a part of the Agreement and <br />incorporated herein: <br />That the Agreement entered into April 1, 2023 by and between the California Workforce Development Board, hereinafter referred to as CWDB, and the <br />Santa Ana Workforce Development Board, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, is hereby amended to: <br />Extend the term of the Agreement by one year and incorporate the current, revised General Terms and Conditions.
