(Identify the <br />relevant actions from schedule B in the supporting narrative below.) <br />X The Recipient or a project partner has not taken actions related to the Project to <br />improve good-paying jobs and strong labor standards and will not take those <br />actions under this award. <br />6.2 Supporting Narrative. <br />The City of Santa Ana City Council approved a Community Workforce Agreement (CWA) by and between <br />the City of Santa Ana and Los Angeles/Orange Counties. The agreement requires all contractors and <br />subcontractors to comply with all the applicable laws, and regulations requiring the payment of prevailing <br />wages and all contractors are to be bound to the agreement whether they are union or non-union.
