CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />xii. Proposers shall provide group counseling/therapy by delivering instructional <br />and/or counseling services in the following program areas to selected inmates: <br />1. Anger management <br />2. Stress reduction <br />3. Conflict management and resolution <br />4. Domestic violence Avoidence <br />5. Chemical dependency <br />6. Life skills <br />7. Family relationship conseling <br />8. Community resources <br />xiii. Provide incarcerated persons in attendance with referrals to other agencies and <br />community resources that can provide additional instruction and/or counseling as <br />follow-up to the program material they've received at Santa Ana Jail. <br />xiv.
