Our team is dedicated to assisting municipalities <br />in maintaining safe, clean, and vibrant communities through consistent, professional, and <br />responsive code enforcement practices. <br />We recognize the importance of collaboration and transparency in municipal operations. Our <br />approach is designed to align with the City's goals, codes, and ordinances while fostering <br />positive engagement with residents and stakeholders. <br />Our Code Enforcement Services include the following: <br />• Customize our approach under the direction of the Municipal Council, Board, and staff <br />• Provide services in compliance with all applicable municipal codes and ordinance <br />requirements <br />• Proactively work with the City and its citizens to promote safety and quality of life <br />• Respond to and investigate code violations as requested by the City <br />• Post violation notices and conduct follow-up inspections <br />• Assist in case preparation for court appearances and attend meetings as requested <br />• Offer professional recommendations for code revisions, as needed <br />• Make presentations to municipal boards as requested <br />• Provide agreed -upon reports to demonstrate performance against established metrics <br />Proposed Hourly Rates: <br />• Senior Code Enforcement Officer — $145/hour <br />• Code Enforcement Officer -- $135/hour <br />Interwest's staff participates in ongoing professional training and development and has full <br />access to SAFEbuilt Academy, ensuring our team remains current on evolving best practices, <br />regulations, and enforcement standards. <br />We are confident that our experience, training, and commitment to excellence make Interwest <br />Consulting Group a strong and reliable partner for the City of Santa Ana. <br />i N T E R W E S T 1 Jenner Suite 160, Irvine, CA, 92618 <br />526,224,2055 <br />
