N-2025-248-01 <br /> DECO 4 M5 FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH <br /> Ot r1ZG5A (b) (Q-L) ASIAN AMERICAN SENIOR CITIZENS SERVICES CENTER(AASCSC) <br /> F(At1 5L0PrrYV0 FOR EVENT MANAGEMENT, PRODUCTION, AND CONSULTATION SERVICES <br /> THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above-referenced agreement is entered into on November <br /> 20, 2025, by and between Asian American Senior Citizens Services Center (AASCSC), a <br /> California non-profit corporation ("Contractor"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and <br /> municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of <br /> California ("City"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2025-248 ("Agreement") dated September 3, <br /> 2025, to provide event management, production, and consultation services. <br /> B. The term of the Agreement runs through March 31, 2026, and is current and in-effect. <br /> C. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to increase the total compensation due to <br /> Consultant under the Agreement. <br /> D. No other changes are contemplated by this Amendment. <br /> The Parties therefore agree: <br /> 1. Section 2, Compensation, is hereby amended to increase the total not-to-exceed amount <br /> due under the Agreement by an additional $5,000.00. The total amount to be expended <br /> during the term of this Agreement shall not exceed $20,000.00. <br /> 2.
