ARTICLE III <br /> 3.0 IMPLEMENTATION <br /> 3.1 The parties agree thatthis MOU shall not be binding upon the parties until the City Council: <br /> A. Acts, by majority vote, to formally approve this MOU; and <br /> B. Acts to appropriate the necessary funds required to implement the provisions of this <br /> MOU that require funding. <br /> 3.2 Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event the City Council fails to take all actions <br /> necessary to implement this MOU in a timely manner,the parties understand that they may <br /> mutually agree to implement appropriate provisions of this MOU that do not require <br /> specific approval by the City Council. <br /> 3.3 Implementation shall be effective as of the date the MOU is formally approved by the City <br /> Council. <br /> CONFIDENTIAL ASSOCIATION OF SANTA ANA (CASA) MOU: JULY 1,2025 THROUGH JUNE 30,2028 <br /> Page b <br /> 13139922.1 SA370-001 <br />
