ARTICLE XXIV <br /> 24.0 EMERGENCY WAIVER PROVISION <br /> 24.1 In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the City, such as acts of God, fire, <br /> flood, insurrection,civil disorder,national emergency,or similar circumstances,provisions <br /> of this MOU or the Personnel Rules or Resolutions of the City, which restrict the City's <br /> ability to respond to these emergencies, shall be suspended for the duration of such <br /> emergency. After the emergency is declared over, this MOU will be reinstated <br /> immediately.
