3 <br /> <br />East-West Spine Renovation – Food and Beverage Destination and Plazas <br />A central focus of the MainPlace master planning redevelopment is the renovation of the former Norstrom Box and the <br />center court food court areas into a thriving placemaking amenity and a curated food and beverage destination with <br />outdoor plazas. The Food Court will be refreshed with enhanced furniture and finishes while a Culinary District <br />comprised of several restaurants, two flagship retail opportunities, and programmable event space will be constructed in <br />the former Nordstrom building. <br />Status: <br />Demolition of the former Nordstrom Box and the adjacent 2-level parking structure is nearly complete. Ownership has <br />been working through a redesign of the plaza space and anticipates opening the project in early 2028 <br /> <br />Parcel 10 - Office Project <br />Parcel 10 is located on the west side of the property. Ownership continues in the design development phase of a 5-story, <br />140,000 square foot office building project. <br />Status: <br />The Development Project Review was approved 09/23/22. Building permit applications were submitted 12/12/22. <br />Review is in progress with the City. Ownership continues to monitor the status of the office market in the area and will <br />move forward if an opportunity to do so presents itself <br /> <br />Parcel 3 – Multifamily Development Phase II <br />Phase II multifamily is located on Parcel 3, directly adjacent to the proposed outdoor Culinary District. Ownership is <br />moving forward with a a podium approach for this project where the apartments will sit above a parking structure. The <br />project will contain 201 parking spaces dedicated to retail customers. Like The Paloma, this multifamily development will <br />be contemporary design with quartz countertops in all the units, along with stainless steel appliances. Amenities will <br />include a pool deck with lanai surround, a passive courtyard, an outdoor kitchen, a dog run, and a fitness studio. <br />Status: <br />Demolition of the parking structure is complete and ownership anticipates opening phase II in early 2028. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
