Camille Street) <br />RECOMMENDED ACTIONS <br />Adopt a resolution approving Tentative Tract Map No. 2025-07 (County Map No. 19295) <br />as conditioned. <br />EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />Ventus Group, LLC (“Applicant”), on behalf of Ing Wen Hwang (“Property Owner”), is <br />requesting approval of a tentative tract map (TM) to allow the subdivision of a proposed 30- <br />unit, three-story residential townhome development (“Project”) at 501 S. Harbor <br />Boulevard, 3706 and 3712 W. Camille Street.
