Unless otherwise terminated as set forth in the Terms and <br /> Conditions, Customer shall pay Peregrine a service fee annually for the Term as follows: <br /> a. $253,400 within 30 days of the Effective Date <br /> b. $253,400 within 30 days of the December 15, 2026 <br /> c. $253,400 within 30 days of the December 15, 2027 <br /> The Customer has the option to continue use of the Service for up to two (2) optional annual <br /> terms as follows: <br /> d. Option Year 1: $261,000 within 30 days of December 15, 2028 <br /> e. Option Year 2: $268,830 within 30 days of December 15, 2029 <br /> Users: Customer may allow an unlimited number of employees of the Santa Ana Police <br /> Department to access and use the Service. <br /> Onboarding and Training Services: Peregrine will provide Customer with introductory training <br /> sessions, as reasonably needed, that provide an overview of the Service, background on <br /> accessible data sources as of the Effective Date and an introduction to the analytic capabilities <br /> of the Service. Peregrine will provide additional training, including refresher sessions and <br /> advanced training modules, from time to time upon mutual agreement of the parties. <br /> Professional Services: The initial Customer Data sources and systems that Peregrine will <br /> integrate with the Service for Customer are: Central Square CAD; Central Square RMS; ATIMS <br /> JMS; Axon Evidence.com; Custom RIPA database; Crossroads, InTime; IA Pro; AVL SQL Server; <br /> and Smart Communications. <br /> The Customer is responsible for any third-party API or data access fees. <br /> Copyright 2022, Peregrine Technologies, Inc.
