Family relationship conseling <br /> 8. Community resources <br /> xiii. Provide incarcerated persons in attendance with referrals to other agencies and <br /> community resources that can provide additional instruction and/or counseling as <br /> follow-up to the program material they've received at Santa Ana Jail. <br /> xiv. Proposers may include provisions outside of the scope of services deemed <br /> necessary to achieve the goals of the RFP. <br /> xv.
