<br />Resolution No. 2025-XX <br />Page 8 of 11 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />Conditions of Approval for Conditional Use Permit No. 2025-22 <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2025-22 is approved subject to compliance, to the reasonable <br />satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the California Building Standards <br />Code and all other applicable regulations. <br /> <br />Except as otherwise provided, the Applicant must comply in full with each and every <br />condition listed below prior to exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use <br />permit. <br /> <br />The Applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the <br />life of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with each and every condition may <br />result in the revocation of the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />1. The Applicant must comply with all conditions and requirements of the <br />Development Review Committee for the Development Project (DP) No. 2025-12. <br /> <br />2. All proposed site and building improvements must conform to any required plan <br />check and permit requirements of the City and any other partner or contracted <br />regulatory agencies. <br /> <br />3. Any proposed amendment to this Project, including, but not limited to, changes <br />to the approved site plans, floor plans, operational procedures, enrollment, <br />capacity, parking management plan, or any other aspect of the operations, must <br />be submitted to the Planning Division for review. At that time, staff will determine <br />whether administrative relief is available or if an amendment to the Conditional <br />Use Permit is required. <br /> <br />4. Violations of the Conditional Use Permit as contained in Section 41-647.5 of the <br />Santa Ana Municipal Code will be grounds for permit suspension and/or <br />revocation as described in Section 41-651 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code. <br /> <br />5. The professional school’s administrator shall post in a conspicuous location at <br />the entry to the building the contact information for the responsible onsite <br />manager, including full name, phone number, and emergency or backup phone <br />number, in case of noise and related operational complaints. <br /> <br />6. Copies of all required entitlements shall be kept at the business at all times and <br />be made available to any City official upon request. <br /> <br />7. The total enrollment of the professional school shall not exceed 500 students for <br />grades nine through 12 at any time. This cap reflects the operational <br />assumptions analyzed for this Conditional Use Permit. Any proposal to increase <br />enrollment beyond this number shall require an amendment to this Conditional <br />Use Permit. <br /> <br />
