Resolution No. 2025-XX <br />Page 7 of 11 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> <br />Conditions of Approval for Conditional Use Permit No. 76-38-MOD-1 <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 76-38-MOD-1 to allow the expansion of an existing self-storage <br />facility and remove the previous condition requiring internal perimeter three -foot-wide <br />landscape planters is approved subject to compliance, to the reasonable satisfaction of the <br />Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code (SAMC), <br />the California Administrative Code, the California Building Standards Code, and all other <br />applicable regulations. <br /> <br />The Applicant must comply with each and every condition listed below prior to exercising <br />the rights conferred by this Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />The Applicant shall remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the life <br />of the Conditional Use Permit. Failure to comply with each and every condition may result <br />in the revocation of this Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />1. All Conditions of Approval approved by the City of Santa Ana Planning Commission <br />on January 24, 1977, for Conditional Use Permit No. 7 6-38, and affirmed by the <br />Santa Ana City Council on February 22, 1977, shall remain in effect. In the event of <br />conflicting requirements as part of the Conditions of Approval for Conditional Use <br />Permit No. 76-38, DP No. 2024-07 and Conditional Use Permit No. 76-38-MOD-1 <br />shall take precedence. <br /> <br />2. Violations of this Conditional Use Permit, as contained in Section 41 -647.5 of the <br />SAMC, will be grounds for permit revocation and/or suspension as described in <br />Section 41-651 of the SAMC. <br /> <br />3. Any proposed amendment to this Conditional Use Permit, including modifications to <br />approved materials, finishes, architecture, site plan, landscaping, parking, and <br />square footages, must be submitted to the Planning Division for review. At that time, <br />staff will determine if administrative relief is available or if the Conditional Use Permit <br />must be amended. <br /> <br />4. The Planning Division shall review this Conditional Use Permit no later than twelve <br />(12) months after full execution. Should any issues arise during such review, the <br />Conditional Use Permit shall be scheduled for public hearing at the Applicant’s full <br />expense for potential condition modification(s). <br /> <br />5. All proposed site improvements must conform to Development Project Review (DP) <br />No. 2024-07, and the staff report exhibits incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />6. Exterior building materials, finishes and colors for the Project shall comply with the <br />
