The parties entered into Agreement#N-2024-193,dated May 22,2024("Agreement")by which Contractor <br /> agreed to provide first aid supplies and safety training services. The term of the Agreement runs through <br /> June 30,2026. The Agreement is current and in-effect. <br /> B. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to increase the overall compensation. No other changes <br /> are contemplated by this First Amendment. <br /> C. This fast amendment is prepared for approval by the City Manager under his authority provided in <br /> Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 2-748(a)(2). <br /> The Parties therefore agree: <br /> l. Section 2,a., Compensation, is amended to increase the overall compensation by S 10,000. The <br /> total amount to be expended under the term of this Agreement,including any extensions exercised <br /> by the parties,shall not exceed$60,000, <br /> 2.
