C-6-0069 <br /> 3 BETWEEN <br /> 4 ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY <br /> 5 AND <br /> 6 CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> 7 FOR <br /> 8 BRISTOL STREET WIDENING PROJECT <br /> 9 THIS AMENDMENT NO. 13 is effective this day of 2025 <br /> 10 ("Effective Date"), by and between the Orange County Transportation Authority, 550 South Main Street, <br /> 11 P.O. Box 14184, Orange, California, a public entity of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as <br /> 12 "AUTHORITY"), and the City of Santa Ana, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California 92701 <br /> 13 (hereinafter referred to as"CITY") <br /> 14 WITNESSETH: <br /> 15 WHEREAS, by Cooperative Agreement No C-6-0069 dated June 12, 2006, as last changed by <br /> 16 Amendment No. 12 dated July fist, 2023, AUTHORITY and CITY entered into a cooperative agreement <br /> 17 for the Bristol Street Widening Project, hereafter referred to as"PROJECT and <br /> 18 WHEREAS, CITY and AUTHORITY agree to extend the term of the Agreement by twelve (12) <br /> 19 months to allow for the completion of the work and closeout of the PROJECT. <br /> 20 NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually understood and agreed by the AUTHORITY and CITY that <br /> 21 Cooperative Agreement No, C-6-0069, is hereby amended in the following particulars only: <br /> 22 1.
