The City does not treat sewer flow. Impacts on the sewer <br />system are determined based on the total sewer flow for each customer category, or meter size. Total <br />sewer flow is reflective of use of the system. The meter ratios used to allocate costs were developed <br />based on winter water use differences between each meter size.
