Commissioner Nelson and Chair Herrera were absent. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Chairperson <br />MINUTES: Vice Chair Zacarias Torres led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />PRESENTATIONS Employees of the Month <br />MINUTES: The Commissioners presented certificates for Employees of the Month to <br />William Engels, Leeroy Queriapa, Mackenzie Arroyo, and Juan Carlos Sanchez <br />thanking them for all their hard work and efforts. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />MINUTES: Chris thanked the commissioners for their service, and expressed some <br />concerns about some soccer leagues that use the fields in Santa Ana.
