Bi-Monthly Current Monthly Proposed Commodity Charges per CCF <br />Commodity Charges RfffflBWfffflffl WI <br />er pCCF <br />Pass Through Adjustment Policy <br />The City of Santa Ana is considering an update to the Pass -Through Adjustment <br />Policy to permit additional increases in City Water Usage Charges, beginning in <br />2026, to offset any future increases in wholesale water rates charged by Orange <br />County Water District and/or Metropolitan Water District to the City of Santa Ana. <br />Ratepayers would be notified by mail at least 30 days prior to an adjustment. <br />An adjustment to Tier 1 rates would be based on any approved increase in the <br />wholesale rate charged by Orange County Water District to the City of Santa <br />Ana (in $/CCF) for purchasing wholesale groundwater. An adjustment to Tier 2 <br />rates would be based on any approved increase in the wholesale rate charged by <br />Metropolitan Water District to the City of Santa Ana.
