EXHIBIT 2 <br />allIBITA <br />COST PROPOSAL EXPLANATION <br />1) LITTER PICK-UP & MAINTENANCE <br />The proposed cost includes all labor, equipment, materials, <br />and cleaning supplies to perform the required services. <br />2) CLEAN PARKLETS <br />The proposed cost includes all labor, equipment, <br />and supplies for daily parklet cleaning. <br />3) SPECIAL EVENTS: CLEAN-UP AND STREET CLOSURES <br />The proposed budget will cover the cost of providing <br />cleaning services for special events designated by the City <br />of Santa Ana as assigned by the project manager. <br />The budget will also include full support for street closure <br />operations related to these events. DTSA Services will <br />implement all closures using water -filled K-rails and in <br />accordance with approved Traffic Control Plans provided <br />to the City. <br />Streets will be properly secured, and safety measures will <br />be in place to protect attendees, staff, and the general <br />public throughout each event. <br />`K <br />
