Carvalho, <br />As general counsel to the City <br />Today I was assured you would never be of service to me. After all these years, you offer me nothing, not even <br />a return phone call. As our City Attorney, you can't be bothered. <br />You are hereby put on notice. You are no longer my city attorney. <br />Never did you represent me. f We The People} <br />Never did you provide services for me<. <br />Never did you counsel me or guide me in matters regarding the City of Santa Ana. <br />This is the acknowledgement. <br />This morning I showed up to your front desk to get a meeting with you. They at the front desk assured me <br />their protocol is I would never get a meeting with you and that you do not speak to the general public. They <br />assured me you would never call me back, so they didn't even bother to take a message. They know you do <br />not care about us or our well-being, they are well trained. <br />Following protocol, I called again and left a message this morning. They said you were not in office.
