These services directly impact the condition of our properties, the success of our
tenants, and the overall experience for residents, employees, and visitors. The program plays a vital role in
supporting the long-term health and success of Downtown Santa Ana.
I have known and worked with Jose Romo for many years and greatly appreciate the job he does. He is
extremely knowledgeable about the downtown area and maintains consistent communication with
business and property owners. He responds immediately to requests or concerns and, just as importantly,
always follows through. His crew is regularly out in the field addressing issues that make a real difference
day to day.
Based on my experience, the Clean & Safe Program provides real value to the entire downtown community.
I respectfully request that you approve the continuation of this critical program in Downtown Santa Ana.
Sincerely,
12aurTanez
Raul Yanez
Property Owner
14
