Use caution when opening attachments or links. <br />Dear Mayor and Members of the City Council, <br />I am writing to express my support for Agenda Item 16 and the proposed agreement with DTSA Services for <br />the Downtown Santa Ana Clean & Safe Program. <br />DTSA Services provides critical Clean & Safe services that help maintain Downtown Santa Ana clean, <br />welcoming, and safe for residents, employees, business owners, and visitors. These efforts directly support <br />local businesses, encourage community engagement, and contribute to a positive perception of the downtown <br />area. <br />A well -maintained and safe downtown is essential for attracting visitors, supporting economic activity, and <br />hosting the events and cultural experiences that make Santa Ana unique. The Clean & Safe Program plays a <br />key role in ensuring that Downtown Santa Ana continues to thrive. <br />I live and work in Downtown Santa Ana and I get to see the Clean & Safe Program at work each <br />day. The staff are all dedicated to keeping the Downtown clean and they are a part of the Downtown <br />area as much as any other business here.
