Flores, Dora
From: GCS Santa Ana <santaanagcs@gmail.com>
Sent: Monday, January 19, 2026 10:39 AM
To: eComment
Subject: Subject: Support for Downtown Santa Ana Clean & Safe Program — Agenda Item 16
Attention: This email originated from outside of City of Santa Ana. Use caution when opening attachments or links.
Dear Mayor and Members of the City Council,
I am writing to express my support for Agenda Item 16 and the proposed agreement with DTSA
Services for the Downtown Santa Ana Clean & Safe Program.
DTSA Services provides critical Clean & Safe services that help maintain Downtown Santa Ana
clean, welcoming, and safe for residents, employees, business owners, and visitors. These efforts
directly support local businesses, encourage community engagement, and foster a positive
perception of downtown.
A well -maintained, safe downtown is essential for attracting visitors, supporting economic activity, and
hosting events and cultural experiences that make Santa Ana unique. The Clean & Safe Program
plays a key role in ensuring that Downtown Santa Ana continues to thrive.
I encourage the City Council to approve this item and continue the Downtown Santa Ana Clean &
Safe Program.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely, Hector Ruiz, Owner of GCS Clothing.
13
