Use caution when opening attachments or links. <br />Dear Santa Ana Mayor and Councilmembers, <br />I am writing as a Downtown Santa Ana business owner to express my support for the Clean & Safe Program. <br />For those of us operating businesses downtown, having consistent services focused on cleanliness and safety is <br />essential. The Clean & Safe Program helps create a downtown environment that is orderly, welcoming, and <br />functional, which directly affects customer confidence, employee morale, and overall business activity. <br />Over the years, I have seen the DTSA Services crew consistently present and responsive throughout downtown. <br />They address issues quickly, communicate effectively with business owners, and follow through to make sure <br />concerns are resolved. Much of their work happens quietly, but it plays an important role in keeping downtown <br />running smoothly day to day. <br />The Clean & Safe Program is a valuable resource for the downtown business community.
