The Clean & Safe Program plays a critical <br /> role in enhancing public spaces, improving cleanliness, addressing quality-of-life <br /> concerns, and fostering an environment where local commerce and community life can <br /> thrive. <br /> Downtown Santa Ana is a cultural and economic hub for our city, and programs like this <br /> help ensure it remains welcoming, vibrant, and secure. The services provided through <br /> DTSA Services contribute directly to increased foot traffic, stronger local businesses, and <br /> a positive perception of the downtown area as a destination hotspot for OC. <br /> My coffee shop has been located downtown for nearly eight years, and I've seen firsthand how the City Council's <br /> commitment to helping our downtown thrive has made a real difference. That focus on creating a safe, vibrant, and <br /> economically strong downtown is exactly why small businesses like mine are able to succeed. Because of that <br /> continued investment, I'm now opening my second business here, confident that we're building an attractive downtown <br /> that draws visitors from across all of Orange County. <br /> I appreciate the City's continued commitment to partnerships that support the health and <br /> sustainability of our downtown.
