Use caution when opening attachments or links. <br />Dear Mayor and Members of the City Council, <br />I am writing to express my support for Agenda Item 16 and the proposed agreement with DTSA Services <br />for the Downtown Santa Ana Clean & Safe Program. <br />DTSA Services provides critical Clean & Safe services that help maintain Downtown Santa Ana clean, <br />welcoming, and safe for residents, employees, business owners, and visitors. These efforts directly <br />support local businesses, encourage community engagement, and contribute to a positive perception of <br />the downtown area. <br />A well -maintained and safe downtown is essential for attracting visitors, supporting economic activity, and <br />hosting the events and cultural experiences that make Santa Ana unique.
