Hall reported out the summary of email comments <br /> received: fifteen (15) closed session comments. <br /> The following speakers addressed City Council in-person: <br /> 1. Luis Sarmiento spoke regarding Closed Session Item No. 1 and asked Council for <br /> their support. <br /> 2. Ricardo Muniz spoke regarding Closed Session Item No. 1 regarding the community <br /> engagement component of Thrive. <br /> 3. Cynthia Perez spoke regarding Closed Session Item No. 1, community assistance, <br /> and in favor of the item. <br /> 4. Patricia Vazquez (translation: Spanish) spoke in favor of Closed Session Item <br /> No. 1. <br /> The following speaker addressed City Council via teleconference: <br /> 5.
