Gutierrez Trust <br /> On behalf of the Trust, its residents, and beneficiaries: Anthony Gutierrez, Esther G. <br /> Prieto, and Edward Gutierrez <br /> I <br /> I Property Address; 5401 W. Tampion Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92704 <br /> I <br /> INTRODUCTION AND RESERVATION OF RIGHTS <br /> This Appeal is submitted in opposition to the approval of CUP No. 1982-18-MOD-1, which <br /> permitsthe construction of a new two-story,4,846 sq, ft. classroom building and program <br /> expansion for the AN Guiragos Minassian Armenian School located at 5311 W. McFadden <br /> Avenue. <br /> The Trust property at 5401 W. Tampion Avenue is the directly affected R-1 residential <br /> parcel that shares a boundary with the institutional property. The residents are senior <br /> citizens one of whom is disabled with mobility limitations. The residence has been <br /> occupied by the family for over 60 years, predating the institutional growth that has <br /> expanded around it. <br /> This Appeal includes all grounds available under Santa Ana Municipal Code, CEQA, due <br /> process protections, land-use and zoning standards, and any additional relevant <br /> authority. The Appellants expressly reserve the right to supplement, amend, expand, or <br /> introduce additional evidence, exhibits, objections, or legal arguments at any time prior <br /> to or during the appeal hearing, and thereafter if the matter proceeds to further <br /> administrative or judicial review.
