Existing Conditions <br /> ii. Existing Conditions with Project <br /> iii. Future Traffic (2026) without Project <br /> iv. Future Traffic (2026) with Project <br /> In this study, two methodologies have been used to perform the traffic analysis and <br /> determine the level of service (LOS). Consistent with Orange County Congestion <br /> Management Program, Intersection Capacity Utilization (ICU) method is the technique <br /> used to assess the operation of signalized intersections. The studied intersection is <br /> McFadden Avenue and Euclid Street, and traffic data collection and LOS analysis for <br /> this signalized intersection are also included. Table 1 provides the definition for LOS <br /> associated with values of volume-to-capacity ratios (V/C). <br /> Table 1.
