The <br /> Library is responsible for (1) providing an <br /> accurate list of Pre-Owned Content for <br /> N/A M idwest Tape's review (consistent with <br /> Appendix 3), and (2) notifying the owner <br /> and/or licensor of such Pre-Owned <br /> Content when the Pre-Owned Content is <br /> to be removed.The format to be used for <br /> listing the Library's Pre-Owned Content, <br /> including the required certification, is set <br /> forth on Schedule 1 to Appendix 3. <br /> 9/2022US— PPU/OCOU Page 12 <br />
