Traffic volumes for the pre-project completion are <br />illustrated in Exhibit 8. <br />The LOS using ICU methodology and intersection V/C ratios are shown in Table 9. A <br />shown, the study intersection remains operating at LOS D or better for the project <br />opening year in the AM and PM peak hours.
