The study intersection is expected to maintain LOS “D” or better for both AM <br />and PM peak hours, with and without proposed project. The project does not have <br />significant traffic impacts, and mitigation measure is, therefore, not required. <br />Table 13. The <br />study intersection is expected to maintain LOS “D” or better for both AM and PM peak <br />hours in the project opening year, with and without the proposed project. Based on the <br />threshold shown above, the project does not have a significant traffic impact. Mitigation <br />measure is, therefore, not required. <br />Table 14.
