City of Santa Ana Planning CommissionItem No. 1October 27, 2025Slide 13CEQA and Fiscal Impact Analysis• In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act(CEQA) and the CEQA Guidelines, the Project is exempt fromfurther review per Section 15314 (Class 14 – Minor Additionsto School). The Class 14 exemption consists of minoradditions to existing schools within existing school groundswhere the addition does not increase the original studentcapacity by more than 25 percent or ten classrooms. Theproposed school will not increase the student capacity by morethan 25 percent and it only proposes to add four classroomsand one laboratory. Based on this analysis, a Notice ofExemption, Environmental Review No. 2023-34, will be filedfor this Project.• There is no fiscal impact associated with this action.
