Existing Conditions <br />ii. Existing Conditions with Project <br />iii. Future Traffic (2026) without Project <br />iv. Future Traffic (2026) with Project <br />In this study, two methodologies have been used to perform the traffic analysis and <br />determine the level of service (LOS). Consistent with Orange County Congestion <br />Management Program, Intersection Capacity Utilization (ICU) method is the technique <br />used to assess the operation of signalized intersections. The studied intersection is <br />McFadden Avenue and Euclid Street, and traffic data collection and LOS analysis for <br />this signalized intersection are also included. Table 1 provides the definition for LOS <br />associated with values of volume-to-capacity ratios (V/C). <br />Table 1.
