ARTICLE I <br /> 1.0 RECOGNITION <br /> 1.1 Pursuant to the provisions of the Meyers-Millias-Brown Act, Government Code §3500, et <br /> seq., the City of Santa Ana (hereinafter called the "City") has recognized the Service <br /> Employees International Union, Local 721 (hereinafter called the "Union" or "SEIU") as <br /> the recognized representative of the bargaining unit which includes all frill-time employees <br /> employed by the City in classifications listed in Exhibit A of this Memorandum of <br /> Understanding ("MOU"). <br /> 1.2 During the term of this MOU,no substantive issue of representation shall be raised contrary <br /> to this MOU, except as provided in the City's Employer-Employee Relations Resolution <br /> ("EERR")No. 81-75. <br /> 2025 MOU City of Santa Ana &SEIU Full-Time Employees Unit Page 7 <br /> i <br />
