COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY
<br /> n. Pollution-Related "personal and advertising injury" is
<br /> Any loss,cost or expense arising out of any: caused or contributed to by the
<br /> hazardous properties of asbestos.
<br /> (1) Request, demand, order or statutory or
<br /> regulatory requirement that any insured (2)"Personal and advertising injury" arising
<br /> or others test for, monitor, clean up, out of the actual or alleged presence or
<br /> remove, contain, treat, detoxify or actual,alleged or threatened dispersal of
<br /> neutralize, or in any way respond to, or any solid, liquid, gaseous or thermal
<br /> assess the effects of,"pollutants";or irritant or contaminant, including smoke,
<br /> vapors, soot, fumes, acids, alkalis,
<br /> (2)Claim or suit by or on behalf of any chemicals and waste, and that are part
<br /> governmental authority or any other of any claim or "suit" which also alleges
<br /> person or organization because of any "personal and advertising injury"
<br /> testing for, monitoring, cleaning up, described in Paragraph(1)above.

<br /> usurped power, or action taken by way responding to, or assessing the
<br /> governmental authority in hindering or effects of, asbestos, asbestos fibers
<br /> defending against any of these. or products containing asbestos.
<br /> p. Unsolicited Communication s. Employment-Related Practices
<br /> "Personal and advertising injury" arising out "Personal injury"to:
<br /> of any actual or alleged violation of any law (1) A person arising out of any:
<br /> that restricts or prohibits the sending,
<br /> transmitting or distributing of "unsolicited (a) Refusal to employ that person;
<br /> communication".
<br /> (b)Termination of that person's
