Contractor may not charge the City for materials brought to the class that are <br /> not utilized. <br /> xxiii. Proposers may be selected to provide training based on their expertise within <br /> a specific discipline. <br /> 1. G-626: EOC Action Planning <br /> xxiv. Contractors shall ensure that training participants are members of agencies <br /> or organizations located or operating within the ASAUA, or have been <br /> approved by the ASAUA Training & Exercise Program Manager or his <br /> designee. <br /> xxv. Contractor shall ensure that, when required, an Environmental Historic <br /> Preservation (EHP) approval has been issued to the ASAUA before delivery <br /> of the training course. It shall be the responsibility of the Proposer to complete <br /> all forms and documentation necessary to obtain the required EHP approvals <br /> at its cost. The ASAUA Homeland Security Regional Training and Exercise <br /> Program Manager will assist Contractor with the submission of the requests <br /> for approval. The City shall not be billed for any costs associated with <br /> obtaining these approvals. <br /> V. DELIVERABLES I REPORTS FOR TRAINING COURSES <br /> A. Course Surveys 1 Evaluations <br /> 1. Course surveys/evaluations results will be tabulated and scored by Contractor. Summary of <br /> the results will be provided to the ASAUA Training & Exercise Program Manager. <br /> 2. Completed course survey/evaluation forms will be provided to the ASAUA Training & Exercise <br /> Program Manager within 30 days of delivery of the training course. <br /> B. Contractor must provide course flyers for all training courses to be delivered at its cost. <br /> C. Contractor must provide to the ASAUA Training & Exercise Program Manager all rosters and sign- <br /> in sheets upon completion of the training course for all training courses delivered. Contractor shall <br /> maintain a record of all original and electronic copies of all sign-in sheets. <br /> D. Contractor shall provide certificates of completion to all students that successfully complete a training <br /> course at the conclusion of the training course and provide copies of the certificates to the ASAUA <br /> Training & Exercise Program Manager within 30 days of delivery of the training course. Contractor <br /> shall maintain a record of all certificates provided students. <br /> VI. QUANTITIES FOR TRAINING COURSES <br /> Quantities listed herein are estimates and are not to be construed as a commitment. No minimum or <br /> maximum is guaranteed or implied. <br />
