6.12 Force Maieure. No Party may be considered in default or to have incurred any liability <br /> hereunder due to any failure to perform this Agreement should such failure arise out of causes <br /> beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, work stoppages, fires, riots, accidents, <br /> floods, storms, unavailability of utilities or fuel, Internet or other communication failures, or other <br /> similar failures or occurrences.
