(9) CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />limited to, notification directly or through a telephone call to Contractor's answering <br />service, unless Contractor already has personnel performing services at that specific <br />location. <br />6. Contractor shall maintain sufficient employees in an "On -Call" status to meet the <br />requirements of Section III, Coverage, paragraphs 4 and 5 at all times. The City of Santa Ana <br />agrees that all calls for service shall be made through the Santa Ana Police Department <br />dispatcher, except for blood samples collected in relation to traffic collisions with <br />injury and/or other violations of the California Penal Code. In the case of a delayed <br />response by Contractor's employee, the requesting officer shall notify dispatch on the <br />arrival of Contractor's employee, and if further delay occurs, on the initiation of <br />services. <br />
