Blanket Waiver of Transfer of Rights of Recovery Against Others to Us (Subrogatlon) i Under SECTION IV - COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY CONDITIONS, the following Is added to Condition 9. Transfer of Rights of Recovery Against Others to Us: E If required by a written contract or written agreement, we waive any right of recovery we may have against a person or organization because of payment we make for Injury or damage arising out i of your ongoing operations or "your work" done under a contract for that parson or organization and included In the "products-completed operations hazard" provided that the injury or damage occurs subsequent to the execution of the written contract or written agreement. U, Property Damage Extension with Voluntary Payments 1. The fallowing is added to paragraph 1.
