McFadden Ave, Santa Ana, CA 92704 <br /> TERM: Saturday,April 25, 2026 <br /> COMPENSATION: Not to exceed $2,750.00 <br /> DESCRIPTION: This contractor will provide entertainment services for a one-day event on Saturday, <br /> April 25, 2026, at the Main Library, 26 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA, 92701. <br /> The Fun Company will provide an inflatable race track activity: F 1 Fast& Fun Race Track with Pedal <br /> Cars from 10:30 am-2:00 pm, and is responsible for setting up. The inflatable race track activity includes <br /> four (4)pedal go-carts for the participants. In addition, the contractor will also provide one (1) generator <br /> for the inflatable and two (2) attendants to oversee the activity. The amount shall not exceed $2,750.00 <br /> total for services provided. <br /> The City will be responsible for setting up the space for the patrons attending and advertising the event. <br /> Contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment, materials, and personnel necessary to provide <br /> the service. <br /> City staff will be present during the entire service time. <br /> #214776lv2 <br />
