There <br /> were no viable proposals on this <br /> property. <br /> On December 7, 2021, the Housing <br /> Authority entered into a 99-year <br /> Ground Lease with Shelter <br /> Providers of Orange County, Inc. <br /> DBA HomeAid Orange County for <br /> the development of the FX <br /> 801, 809 & 809 '/z E. Residences, a multifamily <br /> Santa Ana Blvd. 7/29/2009 2/14/2018 affordable housing project with 16 <br /> units for people experiencing <br /> homelessness. In October 2022, <br /> the developer closed on their <br /> construction loan financing and a <br /> groundbreaking ceremony was <br /> held in June 2023.
