Together, these facilities house the <br /> City's most critical technology infrastructure and represent the largest concentration of <br /> network, server, and computer systems that enable essential municipal services and <br /> daily operations. <br /> SolarWinds is an IT infrastructure monitoring and management platform that provides <br /> centralized visibility into an organization's networks, servers, applications, databases, <br /> and cloud services. It continuously monitors system performance, availability, and <br /> health, alerting IT staff to issues before they impact business operations. The platform <br /> aggregates performance metrics, logs, and alerts into a single dashboard, allowing <br /> teams to quickly identify bottlenecks, outages, and security or configuration problems. <br /> The City has been using the Solar Winds platform for more than 20 years and <br /> purchases the subscription through a value-added reseller that provides maintenance <br /> and support.
