Contractor shall maintain sufficient employees in an"On-Call" status to meet the <br /> requirements of Section III,Coverage,paragraphs 4 and 5 at all times.The City of Santa Ana <br /> agrees that all calls for service shall be made through the Santa Ana Police Department <br /> dispatcher, except for blood samples collected in relation to traffic collisions with <br /> injury and/or other violations of the California Penal Code. In the case of a delayed <br /> response by Contractor's employee, the requesting officer shall notify dispatch on the <br /> arrival of Contractor's employee, and if further delay occurs, on the initiation of <br /> services. <br />
