PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br /> WAIVER OF RIGHTS OF RECOVERY PER CONTRACT <br /> REQUIREMENT <br /> You and we agree that: <br /> Section VII — Conditions, the subsection entitled Transfer of Rights of Recovery Against Others to Us, is <br /> deleted and replaced with the following: <br /> Transfer of Rights of Recovery Against Others to Us <br /> You must do nothing to impair your rights to recover all or any part of any payment we have made under <br /> this policy, and those rights are transferred to us. At our request you will bring suit or transfer those <br /> rights to us and help us enforce them. Any recoveries will be paid first to reimburse the person or entity <br /> that paid the subrogation costs, then to us for the amount we have paid.
