Where does the <br /> $15,000 settlement payment go? <br /> I am requesting City Charter section regarding contracts with developers <br /> specifically the part where it lists consequences of unlawful action, redress and the process to null and void <br /> contracts, plus the blacklisting procedure of those developers from doing business in the city whom have been <br /> found to have violated state law.
