On May 24 2023, although Ciity, via its third party administrator, acknowledged receipt of <br /> the claim and stated that it "would be communicating with Menendez in the near future in regard to this <br /> matter", Menendez was never contacted and the claim was denied by operation of law. <br /> Regarding employees being made to choose sides, gang camps within ranks Chief Valentin's gang vs. POA <br /> Gerry Serrano <br /> "Despite these numerous claims of unlawful conduct over the years, City has allowed this unlawful conduct to <br /> continue. <br /> "The coverup of officer John Rodriguez <br /> illegal immoral acts because of your friendship with officer Rodriguez <br /> City's Major Enforcement Team - met part of Chief Valentin's gang continued to act unlawfully <br /> The Brandon Lopez shooting "As City is well aware, on September 28th 2021, Brandon Lopez was shot and <br /> killed by members of the Anaheim Police department within City limits. For unknown reasons, despite the fact <br /> that the standoff occurred within City limits and, thus, within City's jurisdiction, Chief Valentin handed over <br /> control of the incident to the Anaheim Police department. <br /> "Wherefore, Menendez prays for judgment against defendants, and each of them, as follows: <br /> 1.
