I expect to receive my 5%performance bonus that is due to me on July 3, 2022. <br /> 4 Finally, as I have been forced to burn my own time during my forced off absence over the <br /> 5 past two months, please confirm today that the City will reimburse me for that time. <br /> 6 Please confirm receipt of this email." <br /> 7 <br /> 118. Additionally, CITY refused to both honor RAMIREZ's earned 5%performance bonus and <br /> 8 <br /> 9 to reimburse RAMIREZ for the personal time she was forced to use as a result of Valentin's conduct. <br /> 10 119.
